After your purchase, Paddle emails you your licence. To activate the app, though, there's no code to paste: the email address you bought with is enough.
Steps
Open PressWork → Help → Activate licence.
Enter the email address you purchased with — the one Paddle's email arrived at.
Click Activate. There's no account to create: the licence is tied to your email.
Activation needs the network once. From then on PressWork works offline, as always.
Good to know
PressWork runs locally: your documents never leave your computer, not even during activation.
A personal licence covers one device. The Team plan covers five.
Updates across the whole 4.x series are included: when one is out, the app offers it to you by itself.
Lost the Paddle email? It doesn't matter: all the app needs is the address you paid with.
Troubleshooting
Licence not found: check you typed exactly the address you paid with. An alias or a second mailbox won't be recognised.
You changed computer: the previous device has to be released first. Write to us from the purchase address and we'll free it.
You're offline on first launch: activation needs to connect once. Try again when you're back online.
