• Licenses are single-purchase (no subscriptions).
• Each license is for individual use only.
• Payments and invoices are handled by Paddle as our reseller.
• VAT and local taxes are calculated automatically by Paddle.
• Use of the software implies acceptance of these terms.
• EN: Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin (Tribunale di Torino), Italy.
  IT: Le controversie sono devolute alla competenza esclusiva del Tribunale di Torino.
